TASK-SHARING
The Learning2Thrive Program recognizes the significance of task sharing in achieving its goals.Task-Sharing refers to a collaborative approach in the mental health field to address the global shortage of mental health professionals and increase access to mental health services, particularly in resource-limited settings.
Capacity building refers to the process of enhancing the knowledge, skills, resources, and infrastructure of individuals, organizations, and systems to effectively address specific challenges or fulfill their mission. Building capacity enables these organizations to deliver high-quality and sustainable mental health services to refugee populations.
Skills transferrefers to the process of sharing and imparting specific knowledge, abilities, and expertise from one individual or organization to another. Transferring these skills empowers these organizations to develop and enhance their capacity to deliver effective mental health services to refugee populations.
